Lebanese Official Concerned Over “Israeli” Air Violations

Elias Murr, Lebanese Defense Minister and Deputy Prime Minister expressed concerns over the continuous "Israeli" air violations over Lebanon.

Press TV reported that the Lebanese official made his remarks in a private meeting with the UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon.

After the meeting, Minister Murr said in press conference that ""Israeli" violations have reached 6,500 incidents", adding that there are no UN accountability in this issue.

Murr further explained that this is unacceptable and should be stopped to that the UN Resolution 1701 would be implemented from the Lebanese side in a better way.
