Hizbullah is completely prepared for Ahmadinejad's visit, where fliers, posters, and welcoming boards of the Iranian President are being located all over the roads, along with the Iranian and Lebanese flags waving together.

The popular celebration will include students from different schools and universities, in addition to syndicates, NGOs, associations and spiritual leaders from all over Lebanon.

Four km will be covered with arcs of victory, pictures for Ahmadinejad, Islamic revolution leaders Imam Khoumeini and Sayyed Ali Khamenei, in addition to flags that will be everywhere to be seen.

"Khosh Omadid", Persian for Welcome, could be read everywhere on the road where President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will be passing through, along with the whole delegation, expected to be some 200 cars.

In an interview with Moqawama.org, Ghassan Darwish, Hizbullah Media official in Beirut, said that the committee responsible for decorating the southern suburbs is still working on coming up with the most creative work ever.

Mr. Darwish stated that after the Iranian President meets his Lebanese counterpart in the Hall of Honor in Beirut Rafiq Al Hariri airport, the popular parade will begin in a rather expected delightful atmosphere.

Ghassan Darwish referred to the role Iran played in helping Lebanon after the July 2006 aggression on Lebanon, where Ahmadinejad is like an "older brother" to the Lebanese people, especially to those whom Iran helped restoring their pre-war lives.

Hizbullah Media official said that Wednesday night will witness the rest of the popular celebration, where a huge ceremony will be held in Al Raya Playground in the Beirut southern suburbs.

Darwish also added that the ceremony held will be in presence of high ranked Lebanese officials and politicians, where the Iranian and Lebanese national anthems will announce the beginning of the event, followed by a group of Arabic and Persian chants.

On his part, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is expected to deliver a speech in return for the Lebanese popular and official welcoming.

"The second day of his visit will be a busy day, where Thursday morning, President Ahmadinejad will head towards the Lebanese University to deliver a seminar for students, in presence of professors and teachers", Ghassan Darwish said.

Darwish continued saying that by the end of the seminar; the President of the Lebanese University will present the Iranian President with an honorary doctorate degree in political sciences in honor of Iran's contributions to Lebanon.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is scheduled to tour the south, precisely Qana and Bent Jbeil, the two Lebanese southern villages which are famous of the sacrifices they had to make due to the "Israeli" brutal aggressions.

Iran made the biggest contributions in the Lebanese south; the land of the resistance, where it helped in its reconstruction after the "Israeli" enemy destroyed hundreds of residential units.

Darwish affirmed that the road towards the south is currently being decorated with flags, posters, banners for President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, welcoming his arrival to the southern Lebanese territories.

"The Iranian President will be received after his tour in the south by Lebanese Speaker of Parliament, Nabih Berri, where both will conclude the official visit with a lunch feast", Hizbullah Media official Ghassan Darwish further added.

Apart of the popular atmosphere, Ahmadinejad will be signing many agreements previously discussed and drafted by both Lebanese and Iranian Energy Ministers, on the basis of cooperation and investment into helping Lebanon's development.

In many ways, Iran is being an older caring brother for Lebanon, helping its people, government, movements, especially on the anti-"Israeli" front, where "Israel" represents a common enemy, which threatens lands and interests.

So far the Iranian President's historic visit will remain for two days, during which he would try to make the best use in all aspects and levels possible, where bilateral relations are expected to be enhanced with further expected visits, and until then, "Khoda Hafez", Persian for "God be with you".
