From the blessed soils of Palestine to the soils of his village in Southern Lebanon Hadetha, Mujahid Sami Shehab carried an olive seedling and planted it near the resistance martyrs, symbolizing the unity of the cause. Sami returns back to his homeland after spending 2 years and three months in the Mubarak Regime jails.

Among chants, placards, flags and flowers, the popular crowds welcome Sami Shehab in a celebration in his hometown Hadetha.
The event took place in presence of MP Hassan Fadlallah, Hizbullah South 1st District Official Ahmad Safieddine and a gathering of scholars and figures.
He finally arrived to the door step of his house, which he had left a few years ago to support the Palestinian cause. A group of young Mujahideen welcomed and saluted him. Shehab then addressed the crowds and thanked them for their hospitality, and then saluted His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the resistant people of the Gaza Strip and the Egyptian people. He assured he will continue the path of resistance and struggle in order to liberate all the sanctities and the oppressed people.

Then, MP Fadlallah delivered a word in which he saluted and celebrated the Mujahid Mohamad Mansour (Sami Shehab).

"Today, we celebrate the coming of this resistant village's son Mohammad Mansour, the resistant fighter who defended Lebanon and the Palestinian people as well. He never left the field of resistance whether here or in Egypt, where he supported the besieged Gazans."
MP Fadlallah stressed that it is not unusual that the Egyptian revolution liberated a resistance fighter who was working for Palestine, "We always have had the faith and trust in the Egyptian people who stood by the resistance especially during the July 2006 aggression on Lebanon," he added.

Along with the liberation of this resistance fighter, Fadlallah said, the Egyptian people were also liberated from the oppressive regime which has always stood by the enemies of this Ummah. He hoped that the Egyptians be able to form their own government and political regime away from any interference, particularly any US interference.

MP Fadlallah stressed "We celebrate the liberation of a resistance fighter, we see an uprising among the Arab peoples, which is a real chance for us to rise and recover our sovereignties and decisions as well as a unified Arab stance that rejects hegemony and foreign intervention."
"Today, we look upon the revolution of the Libyan people, and we pray God that our Imam Moussa Sadr and his brothers be liberated so that our joy is completed," Fadlallah pointed out.
