In response to political rumors on emerging differences between Hizbullah and his partner on internal Lebanese titles, the MP viewed that "the major obstacle that faced the goal of building a state was the division greatly engraved inside the Lebanese community after the assassination of former PM Rafiq Hariri preceded by the UN resolution 1559."
"We are two parties that each owns its own way in approaching and analyzing positions, but we have the same goals of achieving independence, sovereignty, and returning the Lebanese citizens' dignity as well as rebuilding the state," Hizbullah's MP stated.
"The environment of political division with all its sectarian consequences formed an obstacle in face of the effectiveness of the reform view that both Hizbullah and FPM hold," Fayyad explained noting that "the deep division consumes reform and erases it by introducing it into the divided sectarian mechanisms and internal calculations."
"Occupation is the highest degree of corruption and internal corruption is a form of occupation to and breaching human's dignity," Fayyad confirmed that "the problem lies in the Lebanese political and sectarian complexities that make often paralyze approaches and reform initiatives by making them sink in mud of sectarianism."
Sayyed-General: the Unaffected Harmony
"We are well aware of the friendship, appreciation, and the trust which His Eminence carry to General Aoun and at the other front we realize the size of admiration and confidence held by General Aoun to the SG," the MP viewed asserting that "the personal relation between the two leaders form the foundations of developing the understanding and saving its future strategic stability."
"We are firm to continue this experience as there is no national interest to be gained if Lebanon enters in a governmental vacancy. The governmental work mustn't be stopped as the size of challenges is great and dangerous," Fayyad assured.

Aoun: Understanding Maintained Stability
"On the top of all achievements that this understanding achieved is maintaining the Lebanese stability and unity among by avoiding the clash with each other," Aoun explained in an interview with moqawama.org.
Noting to "previous attempts of isolating one of the Lebanese community," MP pointed out that "the understanding succeeded in restoring balance to the interior Lebanese political arena."
As the MP admits that not all the points set out in the understanding were

"They aimed at domestically isolating Hizbullah," Aoun told moqawama.org mentioning that "the alliance has passed in several stages and was able to survive and remain unshaken despite the accuracy of the situation."
Understanding Digested Differences
Aoun continued to assert that "the understanding was able to digest the different priorities between the FPM and Hizbullah as the priorities might sometimes differ between the two parties, with respect to internal files."
The MP provides some features of the different priorities between the two sides:
"We are after the stable internal backyard for the resistance," Aoun added clarifying that "an unstable internal field would weaken the strategic approach of Hizbullah."
"We can't isolate the resistance from the internal field, a more stable internal political Lebanese field means a more stable resistance," Aoun confirmed.
According to Aoun, the "understanding remains a good framework despite the need to develop and complete it."

Fayyad: Aoun Historic Class Leader

Mentioning all the above factors, it was worth mentioning to Fayyad to reflect that "that in the past years we were able to preserve the minimum level of both political and security stability, as well as the remains of a state that is able to perform its duties towards Lebanese."
Regarding the role of the Secretary General of Hizbullah His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and General Aoun in strengthening mutual understanding, Fayyad said "there is a high level of harmony and mutual trust between the two special political leaders in Lebanese modern history."
Expressing that "the unfortunate disputes between the alliances form a bitter reality," he considered that "part of the governmental performance was disappointing."
Clarifying that "disabling the government is a form of vacancy which both the country and the citizen pay its price," he called that the "stage needs flexibility from all parties to effectively launch the ministerial wheel at all levels."
Moving to the orange field of the understanding, "Change and Reform Bloc" MP Alain Aoun recalled some of the basic aspects of the understanding with the ally, Hizbullah.

"The understanding's importance lies in the fact that it resembles a half way to ensure Lebanon's cross towards complete safety," the MP affirmed calling "all parties at the national level to join the FPM and Hizbullah in the understanding in order to ensure the Lebanese safety and security."
