By Ali al-Moussawi

To traitors, all people - whether acquaintances or not - are the same, for the traitors' ill wills make them betray the people of their towns in return for little sums of money.

This is what agent Moussa Ali Moussa did, serving two former security instructors from his town, al-Khiyam, whereby they belonged to the security system of Agent Provocateur Antoine Lahd. Agent Moussa monitored the Resistance members' movement both in his hometown al-Khiyam and the neighboring towns, and he effectively took part in the July War as he provided the "Israeli" Mossad (Literally: "The Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations") with information that allowed the enemy soldiers to escape the traps the Islamic Resistance had set in different locations. Eventually, the enemy was humiliatingly routed, and Moussa deserved the "rank" of an agent with the death penalty.

That is, the Permanent Military Court, newly headed by Brigadier General, Captain Khalil Ibrahim, also having Judge Hassan Shahrour as a civil consultant, sentenced on Friday, the 24th of February one of the oldest agents, Moussa, to death after he had been arrested, whereby the sentence was made in his presence; whereas the renegades Ali Muhammad Suweid and Ahmad Hussein Abdullah received, in their absence, sentences to death. As such the sentences were made:
Agent Monitors Resistance Telecoms Network, Provides Information, Demolishes al-Khiyam in July WarThe confessions and evidences in the file of the present case clearly explain that the accused Moussa Ali Moussa has collaborated with the "Israeli" enemy since 1977, when he entered the occupied Palestinian lands, underwent a twenty-five-day military session whereby he got trained for using arms, and returned to his town, al-Khiyam.
It is also revealed that the accused Moussa met in 1988 the accused Ali Muhammad Suweid and Ahmad Hussein Abdullah, who convinced him to re-collaborate with the "Israeli"-enemy intelligence. Agreeing to do so, Moussa met an "Israeli" intelligence officer called "Aami", who asked him to collaborate with him and offered him USD 500.
After the liberation in 2000, the accused began to use cellular phones to communicate with his instructors. The "Israeli" Mossad supplied him with an "Orange" microchip of an "Israeli" phone-line in 2002 and with another in 2004. The technical study of the telecommunications lists of the accused reveals that from 2002 through 2010, he had phone calls with suspected international (British and German) numbers used by the "Israeli" Mossad to contact its agents.

Still, it is evident that upon his instructors' request, the accused Moussa Ali Moussa provided them with correct information on the names of Resistance officers, the kinds of vehicles they used, and their residences, as well as on centers for Hizbullah in the towns of al-Khiyam, Debbine, Blat, Halta, Kfarchouba, Shebaa, al-Mary, and al-Majidieh. Likewise, he provided information on the foreign cargo trucks coming from al-Masna' to the South, and in 2003, he provided them with information on the telecommunications network which the Resistance fighters had set outside al-Khiyam Town.

The accused has confessed that he had received money sums, which approximately equaled USD 30,000 and which he received through "the dead mail" in different locations in Lebanon (Jouret al-Ballout, Bayt Shabab, Monteverdi, and Ras el-Matn). Being arrested, the accused has shown us some of these places and demonstrated the ways he had received "the dead mail."

It is also evident that the information he provided to the enemy helped it to target several Resistance centers in the July War in 2006.
Being aware, the accused Moussa Ali Moussa plotted with the "Israeli" enemy, called it, and provided it with the information which supplied the means for its forces, allowing them gain. Since the texts of the Materials 274, 275, and 278 of the Penal Code apply to these acts, they require that he be convicted.

Besides, the investigations have proved that the accused renegades Ali Muhammad Suweid and Ahmad Hussein Abdullah are "Israeli"-Mossad agents, who, being aware - like Moussa, plotted with the enemy, called it, helped its forces, allowing them gain, and they entered the occupied lands without a permission. Since the texts of the Materials 274, 275, 278, and 285 of the Penal Code apply to these acts, they require that these agents be convicted.
Hereupon, in accordance with Materials 274, 275, 278, 285, 63, and 49 of the Penal Code, the court has conventionally decided what follows:

First: The court sentences agent Moussa Ali Moussa to life-long, extreme labors and to deprivation from his civil rights in accordance with Material 274 of the Penal Code, to death in accordance with Material 275 of the Penal Code, and to ten-year-long, extreme labors and deprivation from his civil rights according to Material 278 of the Penal Code; whereby the court merges these penalties to execute the severest one: the death penalty.

Second: The court sentences the accused Ali Muhammad Suweid and Ahmad Hussein Abdullah to death according to Material 274 of the Penal Code, to death according to Material 275 of the Penal Code, to fifteen-year-long, extreme labors and deprivation from their civil rights according to Material 278 of the Penal Code, and to a two-year imprisonment and a fine equaling LBP 2,000,000 according to Material 285 of the Penal Code; whereby the court merges these penalties to execute the severest one: the death penalty. Arrest warrants for both are to be executed.

Third: The court rejects all additional and illegal causes and requests and holds the accused responsible for the legal expenditures and fees.

Thus, sentences to death given to Ali Muhammad Suweid and Ahmad Hussein Abdullah in their absence, and a sentence given to Moussa Moussa in his presence, have been made and publicly declared in the presence of the court commissioner, the proceedings writer, the accused Moussa Ali Moussa, and the guards in service on the issuance date: February 24, 2012.

Moussa's Collaboration Course

The conduct of the accused Moussa Ali Moussa (whose mother, Latifa, was born in al-Khiyam in 1959) reveals that he hasn't he recently been collaborating with the enemy, that his collaboration hasn't been by chance, and that he did not develop this collaboration in the thirty-three-day July War; Moussa has rather collaborated with the "Israeli" enemy for thirty-three years; whereby he began his collaboration by undergoing a twenty-five-day military session the "Israeli" military in occupied Palestine. Then he returned to his town, temporarily quitting his collaboration with the "Israelis"; the reasons beyond this haven't been revealed, however.

The security instructors of Agent Provocateur Lahd's Militia, agent Ali Muhammad Suweid or "Ali Aftan" (whose mother, Fayzeh, was born in al-Khiyam in 1967) and agent Ahmad Hussein Abdullah (whose mother, Fayzeh, was born in al-Khiyam in 1962), who ran away to occupied Palestine after the liberation of the greater part of southern Lebanon, have worked to recruit the biggest possible number of citizens in the Mossad. Now they trapped Moussa as they were completely aware of his readiness, which had been indicated by his earlier conduct. So he agreed to collaborate with them; immediately they transported him to occupied Palestine, arranging his meetings with the "Israeli" intelligence officers, including "Aami", the officer in direct charge of Moussa. Being seduced with money, he did not refuse this, and he was linked to agent Ahmad Abdullah, who paid him USD 500 to encourage and overwhelm him financially. Being no coupon of charity, this money sum introduced a long history of agency, which Moussa commenced with delivering a dark package to one of the residents of al-Hamra Street in Beirut.

"Honest" Collaboration

More than once, Moussa was received as a guest in one of the hotels of the Keryat Shmuna Settlement (Literally: "The Eight Villages"), where he would discuss with the Mossad what had been done so far and devise plots. Like the other agents and spies, he was subjected to the lie-testing device, not disappointing the "Israelis'" hopes as he got the result of "honesty in cooperation". Thus, the "Israelis" became more interested in him, and his periodical visits to the Keryat Shmuna Settlement lasted until 1999. As the "Israeli" occupation ended, he was asked to determine the locations of Hizbullah's centers in al-Khiyam, as well as the members of Hizbullah, what kinds and numbers of vehicles they used, the places of their meetings and movements. His intelligential work actually served his terrorist requirements.
Now that the occupation ended, the Mossad began dealing differently with Moussa, cancelling the role of agents Ali Suweid and Ahmad Abdullah and replacing them with a phone; whereby in 2002, Moussa was given an "Israeli" "Orange" phone-line microchip, and he was given another two years afterwards. Besides, Moussa contacted the Mossad by using phones normally used in the local Lebanese market.

Morning Contact

Every Wednesday at 10:00 AM, Moussa was meant to contact the "Israelis" by dialing number 046951001 and receiving their orders and executing them. Indeed, Moussa executed the "Israeli" orders perfectly, whereby he provided a detailed list including the names of the known Hizbullah officers, their work domains, and their residences. As well, he added accurate details regarding the houses the Resistance members owned or rented and the number of their residents, the kinds and numbers of vehicles which came to those houses, in addition to Hizbullah's public center in al-Khiyam.

Resistance's Telecommunications Network Monitored

Afraid of losing any money sums amid the rarity of news and information, Moussa monitored the Resistance's telecommunications network, informing the Mossad in 2003 that Hizbullah had extended a phone-line from al-Hamamis Region to al-Maslakh Region outside his town al-Khiyam.
Having received a call from his "Israeli" instructor, agent Moussa made his way through different routes, starting with al-Khiyam, which lies by the borders with occupied Palestine, to Jouret al-Ballout Town, which lies in the Northern al-Matn District. Eventually he reached a valley overlooked by several towns of Matn, and he stopped in front of four big pine trees, next to which a rock with a nail and a red arrow was placed. Having exhaustingly dug for the "treasure", he found the USD 3500 paid in return for his "cooperation".
Another time, Moussa headed to one of the valleys of "Bayt Shabab" in Matn, too, after he had received instructions from his officer. Stopping at a sharp curb, he found a big tree, next to which was a rock with an arrow, so he dug for his USD 3,000 paid in return for his "cooperation".

July-War "Services"

In the July War in 2006, al-Khiyam was intensively bombarded. Then, the "Israeli" officer called agent Moussa, asking him to provide information on the bombardment locations there. After Moussa did so, Sami Bahij Abdullah's house was bombarded, yet this resulted in the damage of the house as none was inside.
Following the steps of other agents, he monitored the Lebanese-Syrian borders at al-Masna', as well as the foreign cargo trucks coming towards the South, for he thought they carried arms for the Resistance. Still, he combed Hizbullah's centers in the towns of Debbine, Blat, Halta, Kfarchouba, Shebaa, al-Mary, and al-Majidieh. Though he pretended trading cattle so as to evade any doubts, he has been arrested, imprisoned, tried, and sentenced to death.
