Zionist Settlers Attack Palestinian, Int’l Law Professors in al-Khalil

Once again, the Zionist "Israeli" settlers express unjustified hatred towards all who seek acknowledgement of the Palestinian causes.
On this level, a group of local Palestinian and International law professors took part in a conference tackling the Palestinian membership at the United Nations; organized by the al-Khalil (Hebron) University in the occupied West Bank city of al-Khalil (Hebron) on Friday.
While the professors were touring in al-Shallalah Street in the occupied lands, extremist "Israeli" settlers attacked them, and hurled them with trash and stones.
Among the professors taking part in the conference was Palestinian researcher and professor of Refugees Studies at Oxford University, Abbas Shiblaq, who affirmed that this attack proved the fascist nature of the Zionist occupation and its settlers.
He said that the "Israeli" enemy's main goal is to "uproot" the Palestinians from their homeland.
Also, Oxford Law Professor Guy Goodwin-Gill was also among the professors who were touring the old al-Khalil (Hebron) city, who said that although he has seen many conflict zones in the globe, yet nothing was similar to the situation in the old city.
Moreover, the Professor of Refugee Law denounced the "Israeli" disregard of the basic human rights of the Palestinians; which according to Goodwin-Gill, "cannot be comprehended". "There is no convincing reason that would explain why they would treat ordinary people like this. These violations are destroying the daily lives of the people," he added.
After the attack, al-Khalil (Hebron) University Professor, Mohammad al-Jabreeny, informed the professors of the ongoing "Israeli" violations and increasing restrictions on residents; including shutting down stores and closing roads, in addition to restricting the freedom of warship at the holy Ibrahimi mosque.
