Iran: Talks with IAEA Constructive
In a joint press conference with IAEA's Deputy Director-General Herman Nackaerts, Soltaniyeh said "we succeeded in establishing a framework to settle the outstanding issues concerning Tehran's peaceful nuclear program."
"We made some progress concerning modality and a framework to settle remaining issues," he clarified.

The Iranian envoy described the atmosphere of talks between Iran and the Agency in the past 2 days "as constructive and friendly," adding that "in this round of talks the two sides had progress concerning preparation of modality."
For his part, Nackaerts expressed pleasure with negotiations with the Iranian team in Vienna.

He described the talks as "good", and said that "the two sides discussed different ways to verify Iran's nuclear program."
"We had a good exchange of views in this round of talks," the IAEA official said.

It is worth mentioning that Iran and the world powers - the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany - revived negotiations in Istanbul last month after and both sides say they hope for progress in Baghdad talks this month.
