Syria: Army Kills Dozens of Afghan Terrorists, Confiscates Arms

The Syrian armed forces on Thursday carried out a qualitative operation in Bustan al-Qasr in the city of Aleppo.
They killed more than 100 Afghani terrorists who were stationed near ‘al-Fidaa al-Arabi' school.
According to SANA, an army unit targeted centers of armed terrorist groups in the areas of Bustan al-Qasr and Hanano in the city killing and injuring large number of terrorists. Tens of mercenary terrorists who used these schools as bases for their terrorist attacks against citizens were killed.
On another note, a unit of the armed forces destroyed 4 cars equipped with DShK machineguns and a microbus used by terrorists in Talbiseh town in the countryside of Homs province.
SANA quoted a source in the province as saying that a large number of terrorist were killed in the operation.
The army has launched a mop-up operation against the insurgents in Aleppo since August 8. Scores of terrorists have been killed in the operation so far.

Damascus says that the chaos is being orchestrated from outside the country, and there are reports that a very large number of the insurgents are foreign nationals.
