Two Saudi civilians were martyred Tuesday, and 26 others were injured as al-Saud's brutal oppression continued against the Eastern province.
In details, the fire of Saudi "security" forces penetrated the house of an Indian resident in al-Awamyieh, who was immediately martyred. Earlier in the day, young Ali Mahmoud Abdullah was also martyred.
The Saudi "security" forces stormed the town of al-Awamiya in al-Qatif Province, launching the most violent campaign of attacks and raids that have ever took place in the eastern town.
Popular committees from different regions will head to al-Awamiya at noon to visit the families of those wounded and lift the rubbles that resulted from the attack.
Meanwhile, the injured at the Central Hospital, including children and women, are still receiving treatment under "security" blockade. In the meantime, all the wounded who were taken to the "Modhar Charitable" Clinic were arrested from the aid rooms and taken to unknown destination. But activists expected that they were taken to the Military Hospital.
According to medical sources, among those injured in the emergency room at the al-Qatif Hospital, is a lady in "very critical" situation.
Saudi opposition Twitter accounts informed that the raids were conducted against the neighborhoods of al-Dira, ar-Rif and al-Jabal amid random and intensive firing of live bullets on populated neighborhoods, in addition to massive military support in the place. The accounts further described the al-Awamiya as a "doomed city".
In further details, Saudi forces raided dozens of homes in the town, attacking many of its citizens, and surrounded the "al-Jabal" Mosque forming a "security" besiege whose reasons were not identified.
Saudi forces also opened heavy fire on the ar-Rif neighborhood, which resulted in injuring at least two citizens. In parallel, explosions were heard as the forces hit bombs on the doors of the houses to start their raids.
The Saudi besiege extended to reach the towns of al-Qadih, al-Buhari, al-Nasera and Hay al-Hussein, whose citizens took to the streets to confront the Saudi forces' attacks against the secure people. Opposition sources reported the outbreak of fires as well as massive destruction in the citizen's houses as the Saudi forces conducted the widest attack against the city.
Meanwhile, rights groups confirmed that Saudi authorities arrested Poet Abdul Majid al-Zahrani because of verses he published lately criticizing corruption in the kingdom. Al-Zahrani has published poems in which he criticized the situation in Saudi Arabia. He also condemned the political intelligence system that arrests those who oppose the government. He had previously described the kingdom as the "country of million detectives."
