Hizbullah: ’’March 14’’ and ’’Jamaah Islamiyah’’ statement is a part of vicious campaign in harmony with U.S. terror

Hizbullah Media Relations issued the following statement: "We have examined the statement issued by 'March 14' forces (US backed ruling bloc) and the "Jamaah Islamiyah" (Islamic Community) in Iqleem al-Kharroub in which they talk about a shooting incident that took place in the Saadiyat area, considering "the incident goes beyond being a transient problem" to formulate a politically hostile position toward the resistance."
The statement added: "An entire week passed since the mentioned incident, which had already been dealt by the competent security apparatus, who dealt with the incident completely resolving it with all its aftereffects. For the above mentioned group to now decide to issue their belated statement, shows it is nothing more than a step in the organized campaign launched two weeks ago in harmony with the State Department's "terrorist report", which refers to the threat of Hizbullah and urges on its confrontation by the forces that obey its orders. Also, it falls in conformity with the desperate campaign, currently being waged by 'March 14' group, which targets the strength elements behind Hizbullah's steadfastness, endurance and victory against the Zionist project.
In doing so, they want to divert attention from their failure to provide the Lebanese with an explanation for disrupting the Republic Presidency and the state by their monopolization of rule, and their submission to US orders."
The statement concluded: "Let them and the Americans and 'Israelis' hear well, such frenzied campaigns would not achieve their objectives. Hizbullah and its resistance will continue to stand, a proud mountain, in the face of all the plots. Moreover, it is steadfastly adamant to continue resisting the American-Zionist project being attempted against Lebanon and its people."
