A source close to Ain al-Tineh expressed surprise over claims that PM Fouad Saniora is still waiting for answers to the list of names he suggested on the formation of the government.
"Talk of lists being sent to political leaders on the formation of the government is not accurate," the source told NOW Lebanon.
"What is happening is just an exchange of ideas and recommendations that PM Saniora had suggested, and over which he received answers," he said, adding that the formation of the government in Lebanon was never conducted through the exchange of massages.
"The formation of the government must rather be conducted through ongoing consultations," the source added.
