Shia Cleric Sayyed Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah noted the Resistance's latest victory in its imposing its conditions in the prisoner swap deal with "Israel".
"This must push the Lebanese to drop their interests and view the Resistance as being unique and distinct in Lebanon, and as being the country's protection from the enemy," Fadlallah said in his Friday sermon.
"We want the quasi consensus over the Resistance's achievement to be the platform for a national stance that will be a step toward solving internal problems, especially over the formation of government," he added.
Fadlallah added that the Lebanese public has had enough of the dire economic, political and security situations.
