Hizbullah firmly condemned the terrorist crime committed by US occupation forces violating the sovereignty and Syrian territory, killing several civilians and wounding others as a flagrant attack against a state which is a member of the United Nations and the Arab League.

In a statement it issued on Monday, Hizbullah said that this American continuous violation to the sovereignty of states must put everyone in front of their responsibilities, especially the Arab League, whose members are threatened more than anyone else by such attacks.

Hizbullah statement noted that the United Nations should also assume its responsibility, recalling that the international organization has focused in its charters and pacts on the respect of borders of all states represented within it.

Meanwhile, Hizbullah stressed that the terrorist crime constitutes further evidence that the US occupation is at the origin of all dangers that threaten the peace and stability of the region's countries and people, emphasizing that the danger incorporated in the ‘Israeli' occupation of Palestinian and Arab lands was of the same importance.

"If the United States thought that it was leading the region towards its terrorist and expansionist policies through such crimes, then it is absolutely mistaken and deluded," the statement concluded, highlighting that the region's nations are determined to abide by their states' sovereignty and independence.
