Ahmadinejad: Lebanon source of pride and glory for region

The Iranian President says Lebanon is a source of pride and glory for all nations in the region and will always be supported by Iranians.
 
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Sunday, at a gathering of released Lebanese prisoners of the 33-day war, said that Iran will continue to stand alongside Lebanon in every situation.
"Iran's officials, government and nation will back the Lebanese nation with all their heart and are proud of this support," he said.

According to the Fars news agency, Ahmadinejad added that the Lebanese nation has shattered the Zionist regime's undefeatable legend by defending the honor and greatness of all the humanity.
"Israel" fought a 33-day war against Hizbullah and Lebanon in the summer of 2006 to destroy the morale and military power of the Lebanese resistance.
