Hizbullah congratulates Iran on its satellite launch: An Advanced scientific accomplishment contrasting Western strategy

Hizbullah issued a statement saying: "Hizbullah, congratulates the Islamic Republic of Iran, as leader, people and Government on the advance scientific achievement of launching a homemade satellite, with completely domestic capabilities. Hizbullah sees and considers this step as an achievement to be contrasted with existing Western strategy of preventing the Arab and Muslim worlds from the possession of scientific capacity and development."

The statement added: "While Hizbullah calls all sides to follow this example of a mighty effort, it looks forward to the day when the sons of our Arab and Islamic nation possess the scientific capacity and development through the cooperation among States and governments of the region, in order to achieve greater scientific progress and increased capabilities to further consolidate sovereignty and independence."
