Hizbullah calls on magistrate saqr saqr to resort to his conscience and the law and to not submit to political pressures and dictations, and appeals to him to make the rightful decision as soon as possible to release the four officers whom have not been questioned for over three years which proves that the detention was arbitrary.

Hizbullah has contemplated on the release of the false witness who has misled the investigation in such a manner, and addressing magistrate Saqr asks, ‘Was this intended to protect those who mobilized and hired this witness in their ‘performances' as they have done in the past with Mohammad Zuheir Al-Siddiq

Hizbullah congratulates the brothers in the Islamic Charity Planning Association on the release of the Abdul-Aal brothers after more than three years of illicit unjust imprisonment. Hizbullah emphasizes today that the detainment was solely political, void of legal or judicial grounds, and lacking documentation. Hence, the detention of the four officers continues to be subject to the same illegal political standards.
