Hizbullah: Appointing “Israel” head of UN HABITAT committee disgraces humanity

In a comment on the UN decision to appoint the Zionist entity as head of its HABITAT committee, Hizbullah issued the following statement:

Hizbullah condemns the UN decision appointing the Zionist entity as head of the United Nations Advisory Committee of Local Authorities "UN HABITAT Committee". Hizbullah perceives this as collusion with the outlaw criminal entity which was established on killing natives, destroying their possessions and homes, and annulling any possibility for their development and prosperity, not to mention giving them the chance to live a free honorable life.

Hizbullah denounce European support for this decision and considers it an attempt to cover up and wash ‘Israel's' hands of its ongoing crimes. Hizbullah asks: what more profound example does the so-called free developed world want of the destruction, murder, and displacement in Gaza by the ‘Israeli' killing machine. It [the so-called free developed world] ought to stop slighting human rights that it has forever claimed to be its defender. Is this the development and housing organization that the western world wants? It is a disgrace for humanity.

Hizbullah calls on Arab and Islamic countries and all ally states to not content with protesting, but should initiate firm action to boycott this committee and topple its ‘Israeli' presidency.
