Hizbullah international relations official Sayyed Ammar Moussawi said that the arrogance shown by "Israel's" representative during the Tripartite meetings in Naqoura, which included representatives from the Lebanese army and UNIFIL forces, came to confirm Hizbullah's stance which stresses that the Zionist enemy was and still acting aggressively and with great disregard to UN Resolution 1701, noting "what is required today is to mount pressure on the "Israeli" entity through international community to halt its land, sea and air violations".
In an interview with Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anbaa on Sunday, Moussawi said that "Israel's" war on Lebanon is taking place through security breaches and espionage, including assassination operations and intelligence gathering.
He added that the Resistance is increasing its defensive capabilities to confront an "Israeli" aggression before it happens and to defend Lebanon in a way that helps maintain the country's political and military objectives.
Besides, regarding the "Israeli" intelligence activities, Moussawi called for pursuing the battle against Israel's espionage networks on Lebanon, after Tel Aviv announced that it will continue to gather intelligence from Lebanon.
According to Moussawi, UN Secretary General's envoy on the implementation of Resolution 1559 Terje-Roed Larsen "seeks to disfigure Hizbullah's image at the international level and to cover "Israeli " violations and attacks on Lebanon by making suggestions that do not serve Lebanon's interests, namely disarming Hizbullah, even though the Taif Accord differentiates between militias and Resistance".
He also described Larsen, as "suspicious" and as "an Israeli employee, who violates the UN", adding that Larsen is an employee who doesn't work under an international mandate which aims for maintaining security and peace in Lebanon , rather he works according to an "Israeli"-American one.
