Commenting on International Judge Richard Goldstone's announcement about his doubt regarding some evidences he used to convict the Zionist entity's crime against civilians in Gaza during the 2009 aggression on it, Hizbullah issued the following statement:

Judge Richard Goldstone's latest retreat from his stance in convicting the Zionist enemy of committed war crimes in its war against Gaza in 2008, comes to represent a reward to this enemy and an encouragement for it to persist its constant crimes against the Palestinian people; crimes that are renewed every day all over the Palestinian territories.

What Goldstone wrote in his Washington Post article is a weak attempt to attain the acquittal of the Zionist entity from its inhumane crimes committed during its aggression on Gaza.
This is a contribution from him, not knowing whether by will or intimidation, to help the usurper Zionist entity in its impunity, and clean its image on the international level. This represents a broad mislead for the international public opinion, and an attempt to pressure the international community so it would complete its bias position with the Zionist enemy.

The enemy leaders, who saw in Goldstone's new stances a new victory for them in their ongoing war against our Arab and Islamic nation, are depending on those stances to escalate their crimes against the Palestinians, and implement more measures that violate the Palestinian people's rights.

Hizbullah strictly condemns the pro-Zionist entity stances, and puts them before the Arab Governments which should have known by now that the rights that are not correlated with powers to protect them become vulnerable to manipulation by judges and men of law.
Those men of law always prefer their personal interests over committing to the right, justice and duty in order to implement the rules of international law, and the principles of the bill of rights.
