Agriculture Minister Hussein Haj Hassan considered that what happens in Syria is a punishment for its national and patriotic stance on the Resistance in face of the Zionist enemy.

During a cultural ceremony in Baalbeck in which he signed his book "Lebanese political Attractions", Minister Haj Hassan said that despite the fact that Syria needs reform, which is a fact no one denies, yet all the stances and statements assure what is happening is not related what so ever to reforms. Rather, Haj Hassan noted, there are certain sides and media outlets that took off their masks and revealed their true face of collaboration with the US.
