Hizbullah Congratulates Tunisian People on Elections

Congratulating the Tunisian people on the event of electing a new Constituent Assembly, Hizbullah issued the following statement:

Hizbullah sends its sincere congratulations and appreciations to the revolutionary Tunisian people, which completed a fateful event in the Tunisian history, through the wide attendance and broad participation in the elections of the Constituent Assembly.

This participation proved again that the people who longed for a dignified life will never evacuate the scene, and will decide with their independent will their own fate and future.

In parallel, Hizbullah congratulates the winning political forces - the Islamic and national ones - on gaining the dear public confidence.

Hizbullah hopes and wishes that the political forces are reconciled to achieve the aspirations and hopes of the Tunisian people and its honored martyrs in enjoying sovereignty, independence, justice and dignity.
