Hizbullah Condemns Blasts in Iraqi Cities

Commenting on the terrorist explosions that targeted the Iraqi capital Baghdad as well as other Iraqi cities, Hizbullah issued the following statement:
A series of terrorist synchronized and suspicious explosions targeted the Iraqi capital Baghdad and other Iraqi cities Thursday morning, in an aggression which aims at the sons of Iraq who have been celebrating their glorious victory on the US forces that withdrew from their lands.
These attacks, their timing, and way of execution hold the fingerprints of its executers, on top of which is the US administration which aims at avenging from the Iraqi resistant people, who fought the existence of the US forces' presence and rejected US hegemony over their homeland.
These attacks which targeted school children and civilians aims to imply that the Iraqi authorities are almost incapable of protecting the people; hence these attacks are related to a foreign agenda.
Hizbullah presents its warmest condolences to the families of the martyr, and expresses solidarity with the wounded that were injured in the attacks. Hizbullah also calls on the Iraqi people to fortify their unity and steadfastness in order to prevent the occupier and its agents from achieving their criminal goals.
