Hizbullah Condemns Al-Hassan Assassination: Ugly Crime to Destabilize Lebanon

Commenting on the terrorist bomb that hit Ashrafiyeh Beirut region and led to the martyrdom of the top Security Intelligence official General Wissam al-Hassan , Hizbullah issued the following statement:

Hizbullah strongly condemns the abominable crime that led to the martyrdom of Brig. Gen. Wissam al-Hassan and several other people as well as to the injury of dozens and the damage of buildings and properties.

Moreover, Hizbullah views that the ugly crime forms an attempt to destabilize Lebanon and its national unity.

It further urges the security and judicial authorities to exert utmost efforts to unveil the circumstances of the crime, identify the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
