Hizbullah Condemns Shatah’s Assassination: Aimed at Destabilizing Lebanon

Commenting on the terrorist bombing that rocked Beirut and led to the martyrdom of former minister Mohammad Shatah and a number of citizens, and left dozens wounded, Hizbullah issued the following statement:
Hizbullah expresses its strong condemnation to the heinous crime that targeted Minister Mohammad Shatah , led to his martyrdom along with a number of Lebanese civilians, wounded dozens of others and caused serious damage to buildings and properties.
Hizbullah believes this heinous crime comes within the framework of a series of crimes and bombings aimed at sabotaging the country.
It further forms a sinful attempt to destabilize the country and hit the national unity, from which only the enemies benefit.
In parallel, Hizbullah urges the Lebanese to be rational and wise in the face of threats at home.
Moreover, it calls on the authorities to exert maximum efforts in mobilizing security and judicial agencies to uncover the identities of perpetrators and bring them to justice.
