Hizbullah Condemns Zionist Desecration of Al-Aqsa Holy Mosque, Arabs’ and Int’l Silence

Local Editor
Commenting on the desecration of "Israeli" soldiers and settlers of the al-Aqsa Mosque this morning [Wednesday], Hizbullah issued the following statement:
The Zionist violations of the Al-Aqsa Mosque escalated as the enemy soldiers and settlers expanded their desecration to the sanctity of the mosque, and its yards.
This continuous provocation stems from the malicious intentions to judaize al-Quds and to eliminate its Arab and Islamic identity.
In response, the sons of the proud al-Quds faced the new "Israeli" attempts of desecration, and confronted the occupiers who launched their repression machine against Palestinian civilians, which left dozens of them wounded.
The Zionist terrorist practices in the occupied territories would not have been repeated in this manner, had they not been due to the Arab silence and the international complicity that allow the Zionists to continue their abuses without fearing any deterrent actions to prevent them from pursuing this terrorist bloody approach.
As Hizbullah expresses its full condemnation of the Zionist soldiers' and settlers' aggressions and their desecration of the Islamic and Christian sanctities in al-Quds, it calls on the peoples of the Arab and Islamic worlds to stand beside their Palestinian brothers in their permanent encounter against the Zionist practices.
It further calls for a broad international solidarity campaign with the steadfast and patient Palestinian people in its rightful battle against the mightiest case of colonialism and settlement taking place in our world.
