Hizbullah Condemns Heinous Assassination of Bader Eid: Extremists Seek Sedition

Hizbullah strongly condemns the heinous crime committed by terrorist and extremist groups which targeted Badr Eid, the brother of Mr. Ali Eid leading to his martyrdom.
We, in Hizbullah, pay our deepest condolences to Mr. Ali Eid and his family as well as to our people in Jabal Mohsen and Akkar for this grave pain, hoping for the martyr mercy and forgiveness. We do hope that the patience his family had shown towards this pronounced event consolidates.
However, Mr. Eid's family remains a model of transcendence over heartbreaks and resilience towards the attempts of pushing the country into sectarian clashes that only serve the criminals committing this crime, in addition to those who support them regionally and internationally disregarding the welfare of Lebanon and the region.
Hizbullah also calls for the competent forces to make every effort required to identify, arrest and punish criminals with the punishment they deserve.
