Nasrallah putting "Israel" in tough status - Zionist media
Source: IRNA, 18-10-2007
Beirut - Zionist regime media said Wednesday Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah`s comments on exchange of POWs have put "Israeli" government in a tough status, raising public demands in that respect.
According to IRNA correspondent in Beirut, the usurper Zionist regime`s media broadcasted live Lebanese Hizbullah Secretary General Nasrallah`s address, with its Hebrew translation Tuesday night.
Nasrallah on Tuesday night after exchange of a Zionist township dweller prisoner`s with a Lebanese prisoner and the bodies of two Islamic resistance movement combatants, announced that the exchange was just a prelude to a much broader POW exchange operation.
According to the report, "Israeli" prime minister, Ehud Olmert`s office, issued a communique following Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah`s optimistic address, asking the people not to have high hopes regarding the release of their prisoners.
Olmert`s office added that negotiations with Hizbullah are still underway, but hoping for a broad POW exchange operation still seems too remote a possibility.
The Zionist regime TV reacted soon to Olmert Office response to Nasrallah`s comments, arguing, Hizbullah chief`s address has put the "Israeli" cabinet in a tough status regarding the worries of the "Israeli" POWs` families.
"Israeli" daily Yideot Aharonet, too, wrote that Nasrallah with his address transferred the pressure to the "Israeli" cabinet, since everyone took for granted the Lebanese political leader`s optimistic words, and now it is "Israel" that has to take faster steps to answer those demands.
Tsipi Yehzkali, Arab World developments analyst, too, said, "Nasrallah spoke with so high a spirit, as if Hizbullah has not left behind any war."
He added, "Hizbullah Secretary General is a wise politician, who thus launched a psychological war against "Israeli" cabinet, since the POWs` families are now accusing Olmert of not taking proper steps to provide for the freedom of their sons."
