Hizbullah Mourns the Death of Archbishop Hilarion Capucci

Hizbullah issued the following statement:

Both, Palestine and the Arab nation had lost a great fighter. For decades, Archbishop Hilarion Capucci stood by the Palestinians and fought for their legitimate rights.

He dedicated his life for the freedom of Palestine and its people.

Archbishop Capucci met with all free men and activists in the nation on the grounds of liberating holy sites and ridding them of the usurper Zionist occupation.

The Archbishop also worked to unite the energies of our nation for the sake of this great goal, as he was present in every resistant path, in Lebanon, Palestine and elsewhere in the world.

Hizbullah sends its deepest condolences to the family of the Archbishop, the persevering Palestinian people and the peoples of our nation for the loss of this great man who defended the rights and principles of our nation.

The Archbishop will be immortalized as he had not been defeated by hardships until his death at the age of 90.
