Hezbollah condemned the continued Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip and the brutal assassination carried out by the occupation forces against one of the Resistance leaders, which led to his martyrdom as well as a number of Mujahedeen.

In its statement, Hezbollah praised "the vigilance of the Palestinian resistance and its response to the incursion of the Zionist invading force".

“It [the Resistance] managed to cause deaths and wounded among its [invading force] members, despite the enemy's air force and carrying out several air raids,” the statement said.

It further highlighted that “the resistance fighters who fought heroic confrontations with the occupation soldiers in Khan Younis have taught the enemy a lesson that will lead it to think carefully before committing any aggression".

In addition, Hezbollah hailed the courageous resistance’s missile response carried out this evening is an honest expression of the will and determination of the Palestinian people and their commitment to defend their land and sanctities.

“The brave Palestinian people are capable of confronting enemy attacks and thwarting their conspiracies,” the statement added, urging "the peoples of our Arab and Islamic nation to stand up sincerely and courageously alongside the Palestinian  people and their resistance factions.”
