Hezbollah issued the following statement:

Hezbollah hails the dear Palestinian people and its heroic response to the “Israeli” attacks that targeted worshipers in the occupied Al-Quds city.

It further expresses its pride in the courageous stance of the faithful Palestinians at the Damascus Gate as well as other areas and entrances of the Holy City.

Hezbollah strongly condemns the intensified military measures and the state of siege and restrictions that has been ongoing by the occupation police and settler gangs for several days, and which resulted yesterday and today in dozens of wounded and the arrest of a number of citizens.

As Hezbollah declares its full solidarity with the honorable and struggling Palestinian people, it stresses that this people is the one who draws the compass and the true destination of the nation. It [Palestinian people] confirms, by its permanent sacrifices, that there is no place for occupation in Palestine’s pure land.
