Yair Golan, head of the "Israeli" opposition so-called “Democrats Party”, issued a fierce condemnation of the ongoing war on Gaza, accusing "Israel" of committing atrocities against civilians and warning that the entity could risk international isolation.

In an interview with the Kan public broadcaster, Golan stated that "Israel" is "killing children in Gaza as a hobby," sharply criticizing the current occupation entity's conduct.

Golan further stated that "Israel" is on the way to becoming a pariah entity, like South Africa was, if it doesn’t return to acting like a sane country. He emphasized that a "rational and moral state" would not engage in attacks on civilians.

The left-wing politician also lashed out at the "Israeli" entity, describing its leadership as unfit and dangerous. "This government [entity] is full of vengeful types with no morals and no ability to run a ‘country’ in a time of crisis. This endangers our existence," Golan said.

The remarks come as domestic and international criticism mounts over "Israel's" conduct in the war on Gaza, particularly regarding the high civilian death toll and destruction of infrastructure.

Golan’s comments reflect growing dissent within "Israeli” political circles about the long-term consequences of the ground and aerial assault on the besieged enclave.

Netanyahu said on Monday that pressure on "Israel" was “approaching a red line,” necessitating the resumption of aid into Gaza to press ahead with its ground assault.

“[US] Senators I know as supporters of 'Israel'… come to me and say, ‘We’ll give you all the help you need to win the war… but we can’t be receiving pictures of famine [in Gaza],” Netanyahu said in a video released on his personal Telegram channel.

The "Israeli" occupation announced that "minimal aid" must be distributed in the Strip to prevent mass starvation among the civilian population.

Addressing the settlers who are opposing his decision to resume the humanitarian aid, which has been cut off since early March, he said, “They won’t support us," stressing that they cannot reach a point of famine, in order to achieve their goals and free the captives.
