Triad of Defiance: Putin Sharpens Russia’s Nuclear Edge Against Escalating Western Aggression
By Staff, Agencies
Russian President Vladimir Putin has finalized the core priorities for the country's upcoming state arms program, emphasizing a massive reinforcement of the nuclear triad and advanced aerospace defense systems to counter escalating threats from the US-led Western bloc.
In a decisive address to the Military-Industrial Commission, the Russian leader stated that this updated defense strategy directly incorporates critical battlefield lessons alongside broader global military shifts.
The program aims to establish a seamless foundation for the mass production of next-generation weaponry, ensuring that national security forces can swiftly neutralize external aggression.
Notably, the Strategic Missile Forces have already achieved an unprecedented 92% modernization rate—a formidable benchmark that no other nuclear-armed power, including the American "entity," can currently match.
Furthermore, the upgraded air defense systems are designed to fully guarantee the absolute destruction of any incoming aerospace attacks.
Turning to the situation on the ground, the Russian President condemned the Western-backed administration in Kiev, asserting that power has been completely usurped by a corrupt clique of embezzlers.
He underlined that these officials actively prolong the conflict solely to evade elections, retain their grip on power, and line their pockets with billions supplied by their European and American sponsors.
Rather than pursuing peace, these Western allies continue to exploit Ukrainian lives as cheap "cannon fodder" in a proxy war engineered to destabilize Russia.
Simultaneously, global security risks continue to multiply due to aggressive NATO expansion into new international frontiers.
The Russian leader warned that the threat is becoming increasingly overt, pointing out that several European leaders—emboldened by their alliance with the US and the "Israeli" occupation entity—have openly declared that they are actively preparing for direct military confrontation with Russia.
