Maj. Gen. Mohebbi: Reopening the Strait of Hormuz is contingent on the United States fully accepting Iran’s conditions and refraining from interfering in the course of regional negotiations. Once the US accepts Iran’s conditions, the Strait of Hormuz will certainly be reopened.
